Who is responsible for your data
Data controller: Emely Pilar Aguilar Sierra (trading as The Doodle Studio). Tax ID: Z1219006B. Address: Carrer de Lleida, 61-63, 3.º A, 08820 El Prat de Llobregat (Barcelona), Spain. Contact email: info@the-doodlestudio.com.
What data we process and why
When you write to us through the form, we process the data you give us (name, email, phone if provided, your business name, industry and stage, and your message) to reply to your request and schedule your consultation.
If you tick the content box, we'll use your email to send you content and news from Doodle Studio. It's optional and doesn't affect your request.
Legal basis
Your consent (Article 6.1.a of the EU GDPR), given when you tick each box. You can withdraw it at any time by writing to info@the-doodlestudio.com, without affecting prior processing.
How long we keep it
Request data, for as long as the conversation lasts and up to one year after if we don't end up working together. Content subscription data, until you unsubscribe.
Who we share it with
We don't sell or share your data. To operate we use providers that process it on our behalf: Cloudflare, which receives the form and stores requests on servers in Western Europe, and Hostinger, our hosting and email provider. This website loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which sends your browser's IP address to Google.
AI virtual assistant
The website has an assistant, Doo, that answers questions about Doodle Studio. To generate each reply, the text you type is sent to Google (Gemini), which processes it on our behalf. We don't store the content of conversations.
To improve the website we only record general labels for each question (for example, "pricing" or "health and mind"), the language and the date, with no text, no personal data and no way to know who asked. To prevent abuse we count messages using the same encrypted IP fingerprint.
Don't type personal data or sensitive information in the chat. If you'd like us to contact you, use the form.
What this website stores in your browser
The website doesn't use cookies or analytics tools. It only remembers in your own browser that you already sent a request, so it doesn't ask again. You can clear it by deleting the site's data.
To prevent abuse, when you send the form we store an encrypted, irreversible fingerprint of your IP address, not the address itself.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction and portability of your data by writing to info@the-doodlestudio.com. If you believe we're not handling it properly, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
Draft text: it should be reviewed by a professional before the website goes live.
